SB525 was defeated today in the House Rules Committee by a vote of 10 - 3.
THIS BUYS US ONE YEAR. During this year, we need to:
· Mobilize - start more chapters of SCC!
· Monetize - we need to raise funds for our war chest!
· Make things happen - by educating the people!
LET''S CELEBRATE THIS VICTORY! LET'S NOT BE LULLED INTO COMPLACENCY!
NOW IS OUR OPPORTUNITY!
I am going to set up a meeting with SCC and 9 other groups (state, regional & national) that are supporting us. I need you folks to start setting up other chapters of SCC (call me at 434-432-1244 or send me an email for help.) WE MUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE TIME TO ELECT REPRESENTATIVES AT EVERY LEVEL, town, county, & state, AS WE CAN TO HAVE PEOPLE THAT BELIEVE AS WE DO IN OFFICE! WE MUST GET PROTECTIVE ORDINANCES IN PLACE!
